What we collect

When you complete a form we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and your answers to the questions on the form. This may include information about someone’s health or care needs if you choose to tell us. We also record the date and time of your enquiry and the page you sent it from.

Why we use it

• Care enquiries: to contact you, understand the support needed and arrange an assessment. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Health information is processed for the provision of health and social care, and with your consent.
• Staffing requests: to respond to your organisation’s request (legitimate interests).
• Job applications: to assess your application and contact you (steps before entering a contract).
• Protecting the website: we check that contact details are genuine and block automated spam (legitimate interests).

Checking your details

To make sure we can reach you, our website checks that your phone number is a valid UK number, that your email address belongs to a real email provider, and that your postcode exists. Postcode checks use the free public service postcodes.io, which receives only the postcode. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately agree.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that help us run this website and handle enquiries, or where the law requires it:

• Vercel, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Google, where enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet and sent to our team by email, and which provides the map on our website.
• Resend, if used, to deliver enquiry emails to our team.

These providers act on our instructions and may store data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to care or employment are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client or member of staff, your records are kept in line with our care records and employment retention policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The only third-party cookies come from the embedded Google Map described below.

The map on our Contact and About pages is provided by Google Maps. When a page with the map is opened, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; see Google’s privacy policy and cookie policy.
